NIDA JANUSKIS

Nida Januskis is the Associate Dean of Advancement for INSEAD business school and their 60,000 global alumni community. Nida leads fundraising, alumni engagement, communications, and advancement operations, and serves as a member of INSEAD’s Executive Committee. Prior to INSEAD Nida served over ten years in senior fundraising roles at Harvard Business School, working as an integral part of two record-breaking capital campaigns - $600M and $1B respectively – out of Boston and then Paris. Prior to this, Nida worked as an Asset Manager for Berkeley Investments in Boston, Equity Office Properties Trust in Chicago, and for AON Consulting in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Nida, based in Paris, France, is a travel and sports enthusiast and deeply engaged in her Lithuanian heritage. She is passionate about women’s education and women in business, and served as the Chair of the iW50 initiative at INSEAD dedicated to making gender balance the “new normal” on campus. Besides her work with RefuSHE, Nida is also on the board of Women in Leadership, a platform for professional women working in Europe.
