RefuSHE Masks:
Get 5 & Give 5!
As we settle into this new reality, the RefuSHE team wanted to find a way to support our community during this time. While our teachers are busy creating virtual lesson plans and our case managers check in with the girls about their mental health, our artisans have been eagerly asking for ways they can help. We saw the Nairobi community sharing their need for safe, sustainable face masks for everyday use. With our abundance of cotton material and artisans ready to create, we set out create a limited edition collection of resist-dye face masks for our friends in Kenya!
RefuSHE masks come in packs of five in a variety of colors and will be available in two styles – pleated and cupped. They are made from two layers of cotton twill fabric with a filter insert. The dense weave of this durable cotton gives you breathable protection, with a filter for added peace of mind.
Pleated mask with 4 extra filter inserts
Our masks are washable, reusable, and come with FOUR extra filters so you can continue using your mask safely. They are available for order with delivery via Sendy in Kenya ONLY. With your purchase, you will have the option to donate additional masks to local refugees living in the communities we serve in Nairobi.
